Chief Egwuenu joined New Nigeria Bank Limited in 1971 and rose from the position of Branch Accountant to become the Managing Director/Chief Executive in 1987, a position he held until he retired in 1991. While at New Nigeria Bank, he had stints with Chase Manhattan Bank, New York, USA (1975-1976), Midland Bank London (1978), Manchester Business School, United Kingdom (1981-1982), University of Benin ((1986-1988) and The International Banking School, Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA (1989-1990). He successfully managed several branches of New Nigeria Bank spread across many states of the Federation and the United Kingdom.

He is the Executive Chairman – Matbeny Holdings Limited, Multibanc Savings & Loans Limited, Capri-Martins Finance Limited and Multicurrency Bureau de change. He is on the board of Zenith Bank Plc.

A fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCIT) and an associate of both The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He attended the prestigious Advanced International Accounting & Financial Management School, University of North Texas, United States of America; University of Lagos, Lagos and The Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State. He holds a Masters degree in Banking and Finance and a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy with a distinction in the finals. He is a full member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Tony trained with the accounting firms of T. A. Odogwu, Aribiyi & Co. and Anjos, Uku, Eweka & Co. before moving to the European Union Funds Management Consulting Group – Programme Co-ordination & Management Unit as a Project Accountant. He joined Capri-Martins Finance Limited in 1991 and in 1994; he co-founded Ouec Investment Limited as the Managing Consultant. He possesses superior analytical and strategy skills. His professional experience spans through Audit, Tax Management, Project Management, Financial and Management Consulting.

Mr. Anonyai is on the board of Electronic PayPlus Limited, Enterprises Leasing Limited, Currency Swap Bureau De Change and Leverage Opportunities Limited.

Holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, with specialization in Monetary Economics.

He commenced his working career in 1990 with Citi Trust Merchant Bank (now Union Merchant Bank Limited), where he worked in various departments including Treasury, Corporate Finance and Internal Audit. He worked closely with the then Federal Government Privatization Agency - Technical Committee for Privatization and Commercialization (TCPC) while in the Corporate Finance Department. He left Citi Trust Merchant Bank to join House Loans and Mortgages Limited as General Manager. In 1994, Bayo joined Ouec Investment Limited as a co-founder.

Mr. Adeokun is on the board of Electronic PayPlus Limited, Currency Swap Bureau De Change and Integrated Energy Services Limited.

A business tycoon with diversified interests in various sectors of the economy - Agriculture, Property Development and Manufacturing. His group of companies enjoys the franchise of top European Utensils and Cosmetics brands covering the whole of Africa.

He is the Executive Chairman of Umobi Farms and Foods Processing Company Limited. He sits on the board of Anambra Group of Companies and Bufambra Industries Limited.

A 1985 second class upper division graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos and also holds a Master of Business Administration from the same institution. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria. He attended the Chief Executive Programme (CEP 14) of the prestigious Lagos Business School and several other professional courses/conferences locally and offshore. Mr. Efekoha is a Council Member of The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria; Member, Institute of Directors and Member, Ikoyi Club 1938.

He started his working career in 1985 with Everyman Insurance Brokers as a Senior Superintendent and left to join Hogg Robinson Nigeria in 1986 where he was responsible for Oil, Car/Engineering & Marine Division. In 1988, he joined Glanvil Enthoven & Co. (Nig) as an Assistant Manager and left in 1997 as an Executive Director. In 1997 he was appointed the pioneer Managing Director / Chief Executive of Fountain Insurance Brokers Limited. He is the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc and represents their interest on the board.

An associate member of both The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is a full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He holds a Second Class (Honours) Upper Division degree in Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka (1984) and an MBA from the University of Ibadan where he majored in Finance and Accounting. He is also an alumnus of the London Business School, United Kingdom.

 Mr. Okubuiro’s multi-varied experience started in the Nigerian Institute for Social and Economic Research (NISER), Ibadan where he worked as a Business Consultant with research interest in the Money and Capital Markets. Thereafter, he switched to banking. His banking career saw him through: First Bank of Nigeria Plc, All States Trust Bank Plc, Citizens International Bank Limited and lately Zenith Bank Plc. His interest in capital market got him to do the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers exam and in the year 2000, he became a Chartered Stockbroker.

Both a Chartered Stockbroker and a Chartered Accountant. He is an Accountancy graduate of Lagos State University and Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. 

He worked with Cooks Investment Limited and Mutual Alliance before joining Strategy & Arbitrage Limited as a pioneer staff. Before now, he was Head: Financial Strategy & Accounts and until recently, Head: Research and Strategy.

An Associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and the Nigerian Institute of Investment Management and Research (NIIMR). He holds an honours degree in Economics from Lagos State University. He is a student member of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Moses has working experience spanning over 12 years. He worked in UACN Plc in several capacity and was a Production Cost Accountant in CAP Plc. He left Thomas Wyatt Plc as System and Audit Manager from to join Strategy & Arbitrage Limited.

His bit is to ensure the adequacy of controls and enforce compliance with regulatory and laid down internal processes.

A Chartered Stockbroker and a dealing member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is an Accountancy and Finance (HND, Upper Credit) graduate of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos.

Before joining Strategy & Arbitrage Limited, he trained and qualified as a Floor Broker with Gosord Securities Limited where he worked and left as Head of Dealing. He worked with Eutofra Incoporated as the Accountant between 2003 and 2005. He has about four years of portfolio management, Accounting and Consulting experience.

A Chartered Accountant and an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and The Nigeria Institute of Management. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accountancy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.

Chukwuma’s professional experience both in the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy covers Taxation, Accounting, and Management Information System.

A graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan. His working experience spans Audit, Accounting, Finance, Credit and Marketing and Branch management.

Prior to joining Strategy & Arbitrage Ltd, he had worked with Allstates Trust Bank, Onitsha Business Office as the Business/Branch Manager, Afribank Nigeria Plc, as Data & Budget Assistant; Aegis Finance & Investment Co Ltd, as Finance Manager, Eyewumi Rone & Co. (Chartered Accountants), as Audit Junior, and Olajide Kuforiji & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Trainee.
